Ambition finds
its people here.

“As a leader of the founding class, I had the opportunity to help shape an organization dedicated to professional growth, leadership, and community. Building the chapter from the ground up taught me the importance of collaboration, accountability, and vision — lessons that have stayed with me after graduation. Since completing my undergraduate degree, I’ve continued to apply what I learned through Phi Chi Theta in my post-graduate studies. The fraternity’s emphasis on professional development has deeply influenced how I approach challenges in my Master’s degree, future career, and beyond. The skills and confidence I gained through Phi Chi Theta have been invaluable in how I go about my daily and professional life. Phi Chi Theta didn’t just give me leadership experience — it gave me a community that continues to inspire and support me as I pursue my goals in the accounting and finance field.”
